A groom should never be something your pet has to survive.
Most grooming is built around throughput — how many animals can move through a table in a day. We built Pet Society around the opposite idea. A nervous dog is not a difficult dog; it is a dog being rushed.
So we slow down. Every session starts with a consultation, moves at the animal's pace, and ends only when both the coat and the pet are genuinely settled. Our stylists are certified professionals trained in animal anatomy and breed-specific grooming, and we never use sedation to make a session easier for us.

Pet Society Academy is a training institute, not a weekend workshop. Our Basic Grooming Course takes complete beginners through the full craft — anatomy, tools, coat science, breed styling, safety and the business of grooming — with hands-on practical assessments throughout.
Teaching is in beginner-friendly English, built for the Indian market, and led by working stylists who groom every day in our own studios.

Yes. All our stylists are certified professionals trained in animal anatomy and breed-specific grooming, and they continue training through our own academy.
We recommend booking online at least one week ahead, especially for weekends. If you need something sooner, call the studio directly and we will find you a slot if we have one.
